Sir Thomas Tyldesley's Regiment of Foote attended a Major Muster at the Detling Military Odyssey, Kent where re-enactors from Roman to the Vietnam War were in attendance.

A battle was held on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday of the August Bank Holiday weekend in which the Regiment added our Musket and Pike blocks and both of our Robinett's and their associated gun crews to the fray. The field was decidedly muddy due to the recent weather, but  all present agreed that the battles were some of the most enjoyable in many years. Despite the advantage of numbers, the Roundhead Army presented a brave front and held their ground valiantly. We hope to be invited back in the future to do it all again.
